EXCHANGED
Enzo Rossi and his family are hosting an exchange student from Georgia (the country, not the state). While Enzo has no idea why anyone would choose Irontown—a quiet mining town in Northern Michigan—as a study abroad location, he can’t wait to meet the fellow classical music nerd who will spend the year living with him above his family’s antique shop.
But when Enzo arrives at the airport to meet Garrett, a football star from the Atlanta suburbs, all of his expectations are shattered. Instead of a violinist from Eastern Europe, Enzo finds a confident, impulsive jock from Georgia, the state. Then—for reasons Enzo can’t comprehend—everyone decides it would be a fantastic idea for Garrett to stay for the whole year.
Garrett’s easy-going personality instantly charms everyone in Irontown, but Enzo isn’t convinced. Though he swears he has nothing in common with his admittedly attractive roommate, Enzo becomes convinced that there is a deeper mystery behind why Garrett was sent to his home. As their relationship intensifies, and Enzo grapples with leaving his family and home for college, he must solve the puzzle of why Garrett was sent to Michigan before he loses him forever.
